I purchased a card
processing device from Federated Canada last week. Given the reputation of the
company I did not bother myself about the hefty money I was paying for the device.
I was expecting the system to make the billing and payment processing more efficient
for my grocery store. All businessmen want to make the stay of their customers
more comfortable and pleasant at their store. But the card reading device has proved
to be a worthless addition to the business.
It often stops working
and fails to identify cards. The printer also develops snags and jams adding to
my customers’ inconvenience and my embarrassment. I have stopped using it again
and am looking for a better service. Any recommendations?
