I have a
garments business. I also have a website so that I can reach out to a wider
customer base. I was using online card processing of a company. The system was
taking long to process payment requests so I switched to Federated Canada. But
this service is worse. The application freezes when the traffic is high.
Besides the
agency has employs poor technical staff for fixing issues. It is hard to explain
snags to them. They seemed untrained. This is affecting my business badly. These
glitches are giving a bad customer experience to visitors on my site. My
business is losing reputation. If things do not improve soon I may lose my customers.
I would advise
people not to go for this service. The company doesn’t deliver promises. This
is not expected of a brand such as Federated Canada.
